The AP: September Round Up

September saw ArchiPhonic celebrating six fantastic years as an established architectural design practice and the official announcement of its newest team members Grace Costello and Allan Yeates.

Yes, we know we’ve told you about them before – but you can now find their biographies on our website team page. Why not pop on over and find out a little more about them?

New Appointments

As well as enjoying our sixth birthday celebrations, we have continued work on Wrexham Golf Club – a project that began late last month – as well as starting work on a set of industrial units in Widnes and being instructed on 10 new residential projects.

While we love every project we work on, there is something special about being asked to help shape someone’s home. We love a challenge and coming up with unexpected solution – especially when it generates feedback like this, which we received from a client this month:

“I am SO pleased with ArchiPhonic’s clever ideas for the refurbishment of my very dated bungalow. The team has been so easy to work with and translated my thoughts onto paper perfectly. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they have dragged my little bungalow into the 21st century. The builder they recommended turned out to be a gem too. I would happily recommend ArchiPhonic’s work to ANYONE.”  – Barb Smith

Building Project Guidance

We know that starting a building project can be overwhelming for domestic clients, even when they have the clearest vision in the world about what they want – that’s this month we compiled a blog on the seven things you need to consider when starting a building or renovation project.

As the month draws to a close, we’re looking forward to making some exciting announcements in October and sharing progress on some projects the team as been working extremely hard on over the past few months. See you next time…
