The AP: July Round Up

Despite being at the height of holiday season, there was no slowing down at the ArchiPhonic offices in July, as we progressed an exciting property renovation in West Cheshire and welcomed another new member to the team.

After gaining planning permission for our work on an existing five-bedroom property in West Cheshire in just eight weeks, we’ve completed the technical drawings and we expect construction to be complete by Christmas.

New Appointments

As well as the property renovation in West Cheshire, other new projects on the radar for the team include an appointment to convert an existing HMO property into a family support centre, which we are extremely excited about. We’ve also been instructed to redress and reconfigure an existing house into a three-bedroom detached dwelling with a pool, which is a great opportunity to maximise the building and do what we do best, create spaces where memories can be made.

Liverpool Pride 2018

Once again, we were also honoured to work with Proud House Events on its ‘Come Out of the Shadows’ campaign for Liverpool Pride 2018, illuminating the iconic St John’s Beacon in rainbow colours to shine a light on diversity, along with other landmarks across the city region.

Sharing Best Practice

As well as supporting cultural events in the city, we’ve been busy in our professional networks too. We became a member of Professional Liverpool and our director, Adam, represented ArchiPhonic in the region’s property professional community, sharing best practice in splitting properties into flats as part of an expert panel.

Taking our years of experience in achieving value and functionality through considered design, Adam provided advice to investors and developers on maximising space when transforming properties into flats. You can read more about the event in our blog here.

Oh, and one of our wonderful projects, White House Folly, was featured on one of the world’s largest architecture websites, e-architect, where we shared more detail about the single storey, two-bedroom project.

New Faces: Welcome Allan!

To top it all off, in line with business growth, we’ve recruited a brand new member to the team. Allan Yeates, joins us as an architectural designer – we’ll be sharing more about him and his background in the very near future, but for now we just want to say welcome to the ArchiPhonic family Allan.

That’s it for July! Don’t forget that if you need help with a project or want to find out more about ArchiPhonic, you can contact us here or just pop in for a brew. Now come on August, what you got for us…?
