We were appointed by a private client to manage the complete conversion of a 200-year-old derelict barn into a contemporary four-bedroom dwelling.

The barn, which was constructed in the 1800s, is a traditional agricultural building situated on green belt land. As such the project required significant liaison with Local Authorities and Ecological Consultants to obtain the necessary planning permission and building regulation approvals.

The project will see the internal, open plan design provide memory of the past building, with exterior features being fully retained. The project is set to go on site in May 2018.
