We were appointed to manage the renovation of an existing Edwardian terraced home. Damp, as well as lack of light and usable space were key issues that needed to be resolved.
Our solution was, principally, to remove the existing windows and replacing with double doors to rear, allowing light to flood in. The partial removal of the chimney created space for a new kitchen, which was moved from a small corner into the centre of the building. This in turn allowed space for a new dining area.
A feature was made of the bath by the rearranging the bath, toilet and sink in a more organised and stylish direction.
